A summary of the arrangement. The full terms are being finalised and will replace this page before we take on paying customers.
The service. Brume answers calls forwarded to it when your own line goes unanswered, and answers chat on your website. It does not replace your phone number or your staff.
Payment. €397 a month, paid monthly. Setup is included. There is no installation fee and no minimum term.
Cancelling. Any month. You turn off call forwarding and everything goes back exactly as it was. You keep your number throughout.
The audit. Free, fourteen days, no obligation. We count unanswered after-hours calls and give you the number.
Limits. Brume does not quote prices, confirm appointment times, or give advice on your behalf. It states that it is an assistant on every call. If it cannot answer something it takes a message.
