Data Processing Agreement

Every business using Brume signs a data processing agreement with us. This page summarises it; the signed document is the one that counts, and we send it during setup.

Roles. Your business is the data controller for your callers' data. Anesthr, as the operator of Brume, is the processor and acts only on your instructions.

Scope. Caller phone numbers, call times, transcripts, optional recordings, and the lead details a caller gives us.

Location. Data is stored and processed in the European Union.

Retention. You set the retention window. Transcripts and recordings past it are deleted automatically. Recording can be turned off entirely.

Sub-processors. We use a telephony provider, a hosting provider, and a language-model provider. We'll name them in the signed agreement and tell you before that list changes.
